Mexicairns presents the TNQ Signature Smoked Meats Bottomless.
Our smoked meats degustation highlights premium ingredients from the Atherton Tablelands, including locally sourced beef and pork from trusted growers between Atherton, Ravenshoe and Malanda. Our Spanish chorizo is handmade locally in Manunda using these regional meats.
Our chefs smoke the meats low and slow for hours to bring out deep, rich flavours, and serve them with sides featuring Rusty’s Market fruits and vegetables.
Our TNQ Signature Smoked Meats Bottomless includes a 2 hour drink package, showcasing our frozen margaritas made with freshly squeezed local limes. We squeeze around 300kg of Kuranda limes in house every week to bring fresh flavour to our cocktails.

Smoked Meats Degustation
12 hours slow-cooked MB5+ wagyu brisket, juicy pulled pork and spicy chorizo all piled high and served with loads of mouth-watering sides and sauces.
